Alisha-Marie Ahamed( Family Law) is joining as a new series regular and Gil Bellows( Ally McBeal) has been tapped to heavily recur opposite Scott Caan and Dania Ramirez in the procedural drama. At MPU, she leads a highly skilled team, including her fiancé Mike Sherman (Ryan Broussard), whom Nikki met when he was assigned to oversee the search for her son; Kemi Adebayo (Adeola Role), a spiritually savvy detective with an astonishing knowledge base. Bellows is best-known for his roles as Tommy in The Shawshank Redemption and Billy Thomas on Ally McBeal, and his recent work includes The Handmaid’s Tale and Women of the Movement.
