'Abigail' Trailer: See Angus Cloud in One of His Final Films Before His Death
The upcoming horror film is set to release on April 19.
The trailer gives fans enough of a preview to sink their teeth into the blood-filled vampire flick written by Stephen Shields and Guy Busick, with Matilda the Musical star Alisha Weir playing the titular terror. As the trailer explains, Abigail is a young ballerina who arabesques and pirouettes right into the hands of her kidnappers-turned-babysitters, played by Melissa Barrera, Dan Stevens, Kathryn Newton, William Catlett, Kevin Durand, and the late Angus Cloud. After a group of would-be criminals kidnap the 12-year-old ballerina daughter of a powerful underworld figure, all they have to do to collect a $50 million ransom is watch the girl overnight.
