‘A Complete Unknown’ Gets Hulu Streaming Release Date
"A Complete Unknown," one of the year's biggest Oscar contenders, gets a Disney+ streaming release date.
“ A Complete Unknown,” the musical biopic about Bob Dylan that garnered eight Academy Award nominations, including best picture, and $127 million worldwide at the box office, will begin streaming March 27 on Hulu. The film takes place in the early ’60s as Dylan, played by “Call Me by Your Name” star Timothée Chalamet, takes on New York City and causes a rift in the musical community after he challenges the lines between folk and electric music. The film features the songwriting origins of Dylan’s most iconic songs, including “Masters of War,” “Blowin’ in the Wind,” “The Times They Are A-Changin'” and “Like a Rolling Stone.”
