‘A Bronx Tale: One Man Show’ Acquired by Tribeca Films (EXCLUSIVE)


Tribeca Films has acquired Chazz Palminteri's 'A Bronx Tale: One Man Show' and will handle its global distribution.

“A Bronx Tale,” which first premiered in Los Angeles in the late 1980s, features Palminteri playing 18 characters. In the play, a Bronx kid named Calogero witnesses a murder happen and is looked after by a mob boss in the aftermath. “It was important to me to make this film, ‘A Bronx Tale: One Man Show,’ so that future generations can learn the lessons of not wasting their talent,” Palminteri said in a statement.
