‘9-1-1’ Renewed for Season 8 at ABC Ahead of 100th Episode
"9-1-1" has been renewed for Season 8 at ABC, Variety has learned.
“9-1-1” stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Oliver Stark, Kenneth Choi, Aisha Hinds, Ryan Guzman, and Gavin McHugh. Renewing “9-1-1” comes as little surprise given not only the show’s strong performance but also Disney’s desire to expand their work with Murphy after his recent move back to 20th Television following the end of his overall deal at Netflix. Murphy, Baitz, and Baken are also working together on the FX series “Grostequerie” and a Hulu legal drama starring Kim Kardashian.
