In this exclusive clip from Sunday's '90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?,' Loren tells Alexei she wants more cosmetic surgery.

Loren underwent liposuction and did a fat transfer after giving birth to three kids -- sons Shai and Asher and daughter Ariel -- despite her family and friends being against it. Alexei had a hard time taking care of their young kids by himself while she recovered and he accused her of downplaying the surgery beforehand. "The reality is, is going into the surgery, I knew that I was gonna lose some of the fat transfer, but I lost more than I like, especially my boobs," she says.
