In this exclusive clip from Sunday's episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, Alexei accompanies Loren to see the doctor one final time ahead of her procedure and gets worried after he hears about the potential complications and how he is going to have to help her recover. In this exclusive clip, the doctor explains that post-surgery, Alexei will have to drain tubes from Loren's body every four to six hours and keep a record of how much he's emptying them for a week. "And she never told me for a full week, I have to replace these, you know, spheres, these balls that will be draining Loren," he adds.
