'16 and Pregnant’ Alum Autumn Crittendon’s Cause of Death Revealed
Autumn Crittendon’s cause of death has been revealed after the ‘16 and Pregnant’ alum died in July at age 27
Crittendon’s official cause of death was due to toxicity from fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl, the Virginia Department of Health told TMZ on Monday, October 21. Crittendon’s older sister Misty shared the news of the former MTV star’s passing in a since-deleted Facebook post, according to various outlets. MTV“You were robbed of your life at such a tender age, you left before anyone could tell you goodbye.. how much we love you,” Misty wrote, per In Touch.
