The 36-year-old underwent plastic surgery in September 2023 - having liposuction, a tummy tuck and fat transfer after giving birth to her third child in 2022.
The mom-of-three says she and Alex have always had a 'very healthy' sex life but that things in the bedroom had actually cooled down significantly due to a combination of the surgery as well as negative energy and constant bickering between the pair. Loren, who shares sons Shai, four, Asher, two, and daughter Ariel, 21 months, with Alexei, said she felt strongly about getting the surgery - even though friends and family said she didn't need it. Loren, who had previously said she felt as though her husband resented her for doing the surgery, was almost fully healed on Sunday's episode and broached the idea with Alexei of going back to work.
