50 Cent will fight suit brought about by man represented by Gloria Allred over alleged SUV assault in LA
The plaintiff, Guadalupe De Los Santos, filed the lawsuit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court against the musical artist, 49.
50 Cent, 49, on Monday addressed a possible legal battle against a photographer (represented by celeb lawyer Gloria Allred, 83) who claims the rapper maliciously ordered him to be hit with a car door last fall De Los Santos told the court he his injuries left him unable to work for an extended period - and with significant medical expenses - leading him to pursue damages from the rapper. The attorney continued, 'However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.
