In the suit, Megan's former cameraman, Emilio Garcia, claimed that he was forced to watch the rapper have sex with another woman while 'trapped' inside a moving car back in 2022.
He is accusing the multi-Grammy Award-winner of harassment and a hostile work environment, per NBC News- he was seen posing with the star in a past image provided to the outlet. Garcia claims in a suit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court that he was trapped inside a moving vehicle with the star, 29, in Ibiza, Spain in 2022 while she had sex with the woman (Megan pictured earlier this month) Ron Zambrano, an attorney for Garcia, said in a statement to NBC News: 'Megan just needs to pay our client what he's due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat shaming conduct.
