Dunhamel plays Staten Kirkland, a widowed Texas rancher who is trying to save his family’s ranch and the entire town from a corporation that wants to buy everyone out. But in the new documentary miniseries The Diamond Heist, Ritchie tells the true story of a very real criminal plan that unfolded just over 25 years ago in the United Kingdom.
