2023-24 Broadcast TV Season Rankings: NFL Coverage Once Again Tops Charts, While 'Tracker' & 'NCIS' Reign Among Scripted Fare
'Tracker' starring Justin Hartley as Colter ShawDarko Sikman/CBS Football continues to act like the glue that holds the broadcast nets together, while Justin Hartley’s Tracker found more viewers this season than longtime victor NCIS. Yet one of the bigger head scratchers was the performance by the network’s Blue Bloods, which, despite averaging 8.1 million viewers this year, is on its way out. The police drama still does better than The Equalizer(7.7 million) and Fire Country(7.1 million), but the Tom Selleck series is scheduled to wrap at year’s end for its 14th and final season.
