While seeing who won is the purpose of the event, fans were, as usual, treated to electric and heartwarming speeches ( Us is looking at you, Demi Moore) and hilarious, meme-worthy skits from presenters including Catherine O’Hara and Seth Rogen. The A Real Pain actor then took a jab at the traditional playoff music, telling the crowd, “A couple of quick thank yous then I’ll piss off.” He proceeded to thank his “gorgeous wife” Jazz Charton, his manager and his mom before exiting the stage. Two of Hollywood’s favorite married couples, Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons and Leighton Meester and Adam Brody, also had Us talking after they stepped out on the red carpet in sizzling style.
