'Ginny and Georgia' fans have questioned whether Diesel La Torraca's growth spurt will cause Austin to be recast — but his costars have different ideas
Scott Porter weighed in on the discussion surrounding Austin’s age, telling Us Weekly at the Motion Picture & Television Fund NextGen Annual Summer Party on Sunday, June 22, “The way the show has been approaching it is pretty brilliant, actually. The show notably had Austin wrapped in blankets and largely sitting to not draw too much attention to the fact that La Torraca, 14, is a teenager playing a child in second grade. Diesel La Torraca‘s real-life growth spurt has Ginny & Georgia fans worried that Austin will be recast in season 4 — but are there any actual plans to bring in someone new?
