Jourdan Blue has become a trending topic after wowing the judges with a soulful rendition of “Breakeven” which earned him a Golden Buzzer on America’s Got Talent season 20. “Well, growing up, my mom was a cop and my dad was a lawyer, so naturally I was a rebel,” the 23-year-old crooner told judges Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Sofía Vergara and Mel B, garnering laughs. Jourdan showed off his incredible vocal prowess while doing a powerful rendition of The Script’s 2008 hit “Breakeven,” offering his own unique flair to the song that followed with praise from the audience — which gave him a standing ovation — as well as all four of the judges.
