Whitney Port has responded to the notion that she 'glorifies an unhealthy body image' for the young women who follow her.

The former Hills star added, 'I continue to work with a nutritionist to help support a healthy relationship with eating and my body, and that journey is ongoing.' The ex-reality star then asked her fans not to 'worry' and explained she was planning to 'eat thoughtfully' and 'put the right things in (her) body,' as well as 'work out in a way that will build muscle..' The former Hills star told fans, 'I continue to work with a nutritionist to help support a healthy relationship with eating and my body, and that journey is ongoing'
