Victoria, 51, took to Instagram on Thursday, July 10, to celebrate Harper turning 14 by sharing a series of throwback photos and videos of the teen. Another video shows Victoria and David’s youngest child singing along to one of Posh Spice’s biggest hits: “Stop,” which the girl group first released in 1997. “There hasn’t been any sort of resolution from either side,” the source said, adding that David and Victoria hadn’t reached out to their eldest son and daughter-in-law either.
