UTA Signs ‘Lurker’ Star Théodore Pellerin
'Lurker's Théodore Pellerin has signed with UTA for representation in all areas. He continues to be repped by Black Bear, Untitled, Adéquat, and RBL.
In the psychological thriller set in Los Angeles, the actor plays Matthew, a young retail clerk who cunningly inserts himself into the inner circle of a pop star (Archie Madekwe) with whom he’s become infatuated. Pellerin previously starred as the Marquis de Lafayette in Apple TV+’s Franklin, sharing the screen with Michael Douglas and Noah Jupe. Other notable film credits include a pair of prestige dramas for Focus Features — Joel Edgerton’s Boy Erased and Eliza Hittman’s Berlin Silver Bear winner Never Rarely Sometimes Always — as well as Ari Aster’s Beau Is Afraid for A24, Xavier Dolan’s Cannes prize winner It’s Only the End of the World, and Lionel Baier’s Continental Drift (South), which premiered in the Directors’ Fortnight section of the French festival.
