X/@bennyjohnson The adopters of this famous Tariff Act staged a little rally at the Federal Circuit to stop the lower courts from sisterly interfering with the Liberation Day Tariffs established by the Trump administration; the Board in question, thus, granting a temporary relief from a final injunction issued by the District Court. The recent appellate decision prevents the issue from becoming moot and is widely hailed by the Trump crowd as well as the free trade opposition. Legal experts think the matter will eventually reach the Supreme Court and on that occasion have the bigger question of presidential trade authority finally answered.
