Jeanine Pirro filed a motion to dismiss vandalism charges against former Olympic canoeist David Hearn after he was accused of destruction of property of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. The damage was “the result of flawed installation by the contractor,” per the motion obtained by PEOPLE.
