While speaking exclusively with PEOPLE at a recent Overjoyed launch event in Los Angeles, the actress, 46, addressed the idea of a reboot of the popular '90s family sitcom. After a chance meeting at a shopping mall, Tamera's father Ray Campbell (Tim Reid) allows Tia and her mother Lisa Landry ( Jackée Harry) to move into his home so the girls can be together. The show chronicled how the actress has been navigating her split from ex-husband Cory Hardrict — the pair finalized their divorce in April 2023 — and co-parenting their two children, son Cree, 13, and daughter Cairo, 6.
