Taormina Film Festival Winners: Axel Monsú’s ‘For Your Sake’ Takes Top Honor
The Taormina Film Festival has named its 2025 winners, including Argentinian director Axel Monsú's 'For Your Sake'.
The Premio Migliora Attrice (Best Actress Award) went to Ebada Hassan for her performance in director Nadia Fall’s Brides. This year’s festival also honored Martin Scorsese, Michael Douglas, Olivia Wilde, Helen Hunt, Catherine Deneuve and Monica Bellucci with awards. The international jury was led by Oscar-winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph, with panel support from British actor Rupert Everett, 3x Oscar-winning costume designer Sandy Powell and more.
