'Saturday Night Live' paid tribute to Rob Reiner less than a week after he and his wife, Michele Reiner, were killed by their son, Nick Reiner. The Dec. 20 episode included a nod to the filmmaker — who hosted the third episode of 'SNL' back in October 1975.
