Not even the cold weather stopped fans from attending the fourth edition of this event held in the city’s downtown area, wearing Instagram-worthy outfits perfect for a festival. Thousands of people gathered on the first day to see their favorite artists such as El Alfa, Oscar Maydon, Arcangel, Peso Pluma and Shakira, who brought her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour to Chicago. The Puerto Rican superstar ended the festival with a bang, singing major hits like “Danza Kuduro,” “Dale Don” and “Ella y Yo.”
