The reality TV star, 42, shared a series of photos on his Instagram as he celebrated his 42nd birthday, which included a snap of a silver balloon arch in his living room. "Happy Birthday Scott," the balloons read, which were pictured just behind Disick's son Reign, 10, who lounged on a white couch. "Another bday and another day 2 be greatfull [sic] 4 my unbelievable children," Disick wrote across the photo.
