Scooter Braun Transitions Out of HYBE America CEO Role, Will Explore New Venture

Scooter Braun will be transitioning away from his role as CEO of HYBE America to explore launching new ventures, he announced July 1.

Braun will remain on the board of directors and as a senior advisor to HYBE CEO Bang Si-Hyuk, but will relinquish his day-to-day responsibilities to Isaac Lee. His next move, while currently unknown, is said to “reflect his expansive cross-industry vision and proven ability to cultivate culture at scale while continuing a focus on his philanthropic efforts,” according to a press release. I am incredibly proud of our collective accomplishments and look forward to supporting Chairman Bang and CEO Jason Jaesang Lee in their continued success as I step into what’s next.”
