(Her favorite is Pequod’s, which appeared in “Forks” and has a signature crispy, burned-cheese crust that Ramos rips off and uses to scoop out the inside of the pizza, tortilla-chip style. Well, a big inspiration for me with Jess is Coco Storer, the show’s culinary producer and its creator Chris’s sister, who worked in restaurants all over the world.
