Sally Field's Next Project Revealed: Breaking Down Her Upcoming Film Role
Sally Field is adding another upcoming film project to her resume, this time to Netflix. Inside her latest role based on a popular book.
The book tells the tale of a woman named Tova Sullivan who forms a friendship with Marcellus, a giant octopus who lives at the aquarium she works at. Similarly, the film’s official synopsis says, “A widow working as a night janitor at an aquarium strikes up an unlikely friendship with a giant octopus that helps her unravel the mystery of her son’s disappearance decades ago,” per IMDb. In addition to Field, Lewis Pullman, Colm Meaney, Joan Chen, Kathy Baker, Beth Grant and Sofia Black D’Elia were cast in the film.
