Richard Pacheco Named to Head Global Partnerships at Nielsen

As part of his duties, Pacheco will work to maintain and build new alliances with various ad-tech firms, and to monitor their role in helping Nielsen drive new innovations and better business outcomes for marketers. Pacheco most recently led strategic partnerships and business development across Mediaocean,a company that help advertisers manage and monitor the results of their campaign. “Nielsen is at the forefront of measurement innovation and I look forward to continuing that legacy for our clients through collaboration and a strategic, forward-thinking approach,” Pacheco said in a statement.
