The "Bridesmaids" director donated $100,000 to the National Immigration Law Center amid mounting ICE raids in LA and nationwide.

As ICE raids and anti-immigration crackdowns continue to escalate nationwide, writer-director Paul Feig made a $100,000 donation to the National Immigration Law Center (NILC), he shared with TheWrap Monday. In mid-June, the filmmaker took to social media to condemn the Trump administration’s shuttering of suicide prevention services for members of the LGBTQ community. In a statement to TheWrap on Feig’s donation, Kica Matos, the organization’s president, said, “Now more than ever, we need Americans from all walks of life to step up and fight to support vulnerable immigrants.
