Object & Animal, Producer Of Peabody Award-Winning Netflix Doc ‘Daughters,’ Signs With Verve
Object & Animal, the production company behind Netflix's Peabody Award-winning documentary 'Daughters,' has signed with Verve for representation.
With offices in London, Los Angeles, and New York, Object & Animal has collaborated with the likes of two-time Palme d’Or winner Ruben Östlund ( Triangle of Sadness), Bertie Ellwood ( Lessons in Chemistry, Hawkeye), Oscar Boyson ( Our Hero, Balthazar), and creative polymath FKA twigs. The company’s slate also includes Shuffle, SXSW’s 2025 Grand Jury Documentary winner that exposes how a profit-driven rehabilitation industry exploits addiction for financial gain; Kiss My Grass, exploring the systemic barriers Black women face in the cannabis industry, which premiered at this year’s Tribeca Festival; Fractured States, am exploration of incarceration and systemic inequality premiering at the San Quentin Film Festival in October; and While We Heal, a current production that will offer an intimate and ongoing portrait of recovery amid conflict in Ukraine.
