Nelly and Ashanti will invite fans to take a behind-the-scenes look at their lives throughout the span of their relationship in an upcoming series premiering on Peacock on June 26. The trailer opens with the couple being interviewed, with Ashanti admitting, “I’m a wee bit dramatic.” The clip soon moves to the beginning of their relationship, breakup, and their reunion with Nelly saying, “She got me ya’ll,” and Ashanti shooting back: “He wanted to get got.” The video also shows glimpses of the couple as parents, celebrating life events, and going through the bumps of a growing relationship. In April 2024, Ashanti announced her pregnancy with Nelly and their engagement to Essence, telling the publication at the time, “This new year of my life is such a blessing full of love, hope, and anticipation.” She added, “Motherhood is something that I have looked forward to, and sharing this with my family, fiancé, and loyal fans, who have been so supportive of my career, is an amazing experience.”
