Nashville Airport Will Be Renamed in Honor of Dolly Parton, Tennessee Governor Announces 3 Days After Her Death

Those “Travelin’ Thru” Nashville, Tenn.’s main airport may soon be touching down at a hub named after the country queen herself. On Friday, Aug. 28, Tennessee Governor Bill Lee and Nashville International Airport (BNA) announced plans to rename the facility to honor the late Dolly Parton.
