Channel 5 is serving up a treat for Royal enthusiasts with a documentary dedicated to Kate Middleton's 2011 wedding, just in time for the return of Alex Polizzi in The Hotel Inspector's 20th series later this week. Using cutting-edge fossil science and DNA technology, Ella embarks on a journey from African excavation sites to South American caves, where prehistoric secrets are challenging everything we thought we knew. However, this shift in power unsettles the team - especially her workmates Lisa (Clare Hughes) and Fay (Jessica de Gouw) who have to adapt to their frosty new boss, Mrs Ambrose (Miranda Otto).
