Mubi Buys Park Chan-Wook’s ‘No Other Choice’ for Multiple Territories (EXCLUSIVE)


Mubi is reuniting with 'Decision to Leave' director, Park Chan-wook, on his next film, 'No Other Choice,' which it will distribute internationally.

Mubi is reuniting with “Decision to Leave” filmmaker, Park Chan-wook, on his upcoming film, “No Other Choice,” which is currently in post-production and is strongly tipped for a world premiere in competition at Venice. Mub, which was founded in 2007 by Efe Cakarel, is partnering with Neon on a number of movies, notably Jafar Panahi’s “It Was Just an Accident” which it will release internationally; as well as Joachim Trier’s “Sentimental Value,” Julia Ducournau’s “Alpha” and Oliver Laxe’s “Sirat.” The company’s fall festival titles also includes Jim Jarmusch’s anticipated “Father Mother Sister Brother” starring Adam Driver, Cate Blanchett and Vicky Krieps, among others.
