Mariah Carey's long-awaited 16th album is finished, the singer revealed, while also teasing a 'summery' new single.

The singer revealed the news at an event with Zane Lowe and Ebro Darden celebrating the 10th anniversary of Apple Music. Near the end of the chat, Lowe asked Carey what she planned to do next, following the release of her recent single, “Type Dangerous.” Carey released “Type Dangerous” in early June, quickly following the track with a music video that featured appearances from Marlon Lundgren Garcia and MrBeast.
