Someone commented on Cohen’s body language, interpreting that “leaning-back” pose “as the ideal attitude,” opening a mini debate on the replies. On to the inevitable jabs: ‘How many face lifts have you two had?’ was one of the questions asked, to which another replied smugly, ‘She knows who was buttering her bread,’ a reference to Josephs’ connection with the Bravo boss. The vast bulk of comments, however, were in celebratory mood, drowning the post with birthday wishes on behalf of the fans of Cohen.
