Love Island girls share their 'hack' for handling periods in the villa
Fans have often wondered how the girls manage their time of the month
Former civil servant Sharon Gaffka appeared on Season 7 of Love Island back in 2021, alongside the likes of Chloe Burrows, Liberty Poole and Millie Court. "They would also bring me my contraceptive pill, so I would basically push the packs together to make sure that I didn't have my bleed when I was on the show just because my experience is that I'm grouchy, I'm grumpy and hangry and gain 4 to 6 kg when I'm on," she said.
