L.A.’s Inaugural Belly Laughs Comedy And Food Festival Unveils Set Times
The inaugural Belly Laughs Comedy and Food Festival has unveiled its set times for July 12-13.

Live, Gold House, and MAMA’s Nightmarket, the Belly Laughs festival is billed as a celebration of Asian-American culture that honors how they mix, influence, and inspire one another to create something entirely new: a unique Third Culture. Artists performing include Nimesh Patel, Jonnie Park (aka Dumbfoundead), Zarna Garg, Kumail Nanjiani, Joel Kim Booster, Margaret Cho, Bobby Lee, and Hasan Minhaj, to name just a few. In a joint statement alongside CAPE volunteer and festival producer Viv Wang, CAPE’s CEO and Executive Director Michelle Sugihara explained of the fest’s origins, “We wanted to celebrate how the Asian American community not only contributes to our culture, but how the immigrant experience is in the DNA of the American story.
