Khloé’s final snap saw a newborn True lying on her chest in the hospital with the caption, “The day my life changed forever 🤍.” The TV personality also shared a fan account’s video of the moment Khloé revealed her pregnancy on the family’s former reality show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
