Keanu Reeves’ Band Dogstar To Play L.A. Concert Next Week
Keanu Reeves and his band Dogstar are headed back to the Los Angeles concert stage, headlining the 1,100-capacity Regent Theater downtown on Friday, July 18.
The band played last summer’s Ohana Festival in Dana Point, 60 miles south of Los Angeles, and has done a handful of gigs since. Reeves most recently reprised his John Wick character for last month’s franchise-spinoff film Ballerina and has a number of movies in the works, including an untitled romantic thriller that reunites the actor with his Speed co-star Sandra Bullock, along with Aziz Ansari’s feature directing debut Good Fortune, a high-concept comedy that also stars Ansari and Seth Rogen. Reeves also is set to make his Broadway debut in September, starring opposite his Bill & Ted buddy Alex Winter in a revival of Waiting for Godot.
