Katie Thurston opened up about her stage 4 breast cancer battle, sharing difficulties like memory loss, hair loss and treatment struggles
She continued, “But right now, after finishing two months of my medication, my hair is coming out in an unnatural amount of clumps. Thurston, 34, shared the update via her Instagram Stories on Monday, March 24, writing that a liver biopsy is scheduled for this week. Thurston captioned her post, “It’s #nationalcancersurvivorsday so here are my thoughts on my #breastcancer experiences so far including updates on #zoladex #lupron and #histotripsy #metastaticbreastcancer.”
