Jamie Lee Curtis said in a new interview with “60 Minutes” that she got plastic surgery for the first time when she was 25 years old after a cinematographer refused to shoot her one day on a movie set because he didn’t like her face. “I took it very seriously as an actor,” Curtis said of the film, in which she played an aerobics instructor who meets a journalist (Travolta) during his investigation into fitness clubs. “I put a big sign up by the catering truck, and it said, ‘Recovery meeting in Jamie’s trailer every day.’ I left the door open and didn’t know if anybody would show up.
