The film is a few days from being a year away, and fans still haven’t seen anything beyond casting news for some of the major characters, such as Lobo and Krem of the Yellow Hills. James Gunn himself opened up about these two characters just a bit on the DC Studios Showcase podcast, giving fans new insight on what they can expect from them in Supergirl. While he didn’t reveal much about Lobo, Gunn teased that the character will be used to bridge the gaps presented in the original Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow comic, making it a much more cohesive project.
