James Gunn Offers Exclusive Behind-the-Scenes Look at ‘Superman’ in New Photo Book
A new photo book, with an introduction by James Gunn, offers a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the new Superman, out this July.
The volume boasts hundreds of vivid concept sketches, set design layouts and unit photography showing Superman’s Metropolis skyline, the crystalline grandeur of the Fortress of Solitude and the Daily Planet newsroom. Plus, an introduction by Gunn and a foreword by star David Corenswet features insights from costume designers, visual effects supervisors and set architects woven together through Field’s engaging prose. Other members of the cast include Skyler Gisondo as journalist Jimmy Olsen, Anthony Carrigan as the Metamorpho, Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern Guy Gardner, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl and Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific.
