ITV Benidorm star reveals major update on new ‘laugh out loud’ series after 7 years
A star from ITV’s Benidorm has teased that what fans can expect from a new series of the beloved sitcom
Starring the likes of Sheridan Smith, Siobhan Finneran and Johnny Vegas, the show ran for 11 years before it was sadly axed in 2018 - leaving fans gutted. Since then, fans have been longing for a return and in recent years, several of the show’s stars have hinted it could make a comeback - including the creator Derren Litten. And now, show favourite Sherrie Hewson - who played Joyce Temple-Savage - has revealed that scripts for a new series have been written and presented to ITV bosses who love them.
