Ike Anand has been elevated to president and CEO of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness arm that supports the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to eradicate pediatric cancer and other deadly childhood diseases. St. Jude was founded in 1962 by beloved entertainer Danny Thomas, who wanted to provide a hospital to help children and families battling cancer and other fatal childhood diseases regardless of their ability to pay. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working with him, and I couldn’t ask for a better partner to help us accelerate progress toward curing the most aggressive forms of childhood cancer and other life-threatening pediatric diseases.”
