HGTV's Decision to Stop Airing ‘Rehab Addict’ Explained
After 'Rehab Addict' was suddenly pulled off the air by HGTV, host Nicole Curtis is speaking out about the show's future
Rehab Addict ‘s latest season premiered on June 24 before being replaced by My Lottery Dream Home after only two episodes. Its brief pause on HGTV comes amid scheduling changes at the network, which resulted in the cancellation of five shows: Battle on the Beach, Farmhouse Fixer, Married to Real Estate, Bargain Block and Izzy Does It. “Mike and I just landed back in the States after an unforgettable family trip through the Mediterranean, and we’re met with unexpected news: HGTV has decided not to move forward with Married to Real Estate,” read the couple’s joint statement last month.
