Happy feet! This '70s sitcom star, who played a goofball sidekick, was spotted going for a pedicure with his wife... who is it?

This 70s comedy sitcom actor known for being the goofball best friend with a knack for music was spotted having a self-care day with his third wife in their hometown Ojai, California... guess who?

He later changed into a casual gray linen quarter-button up shirt, cargo shorts and kept the brown flip flops to head out on a grocery run where he picked up goodies, including a bag of Tostitos chips. Williams originally starred in some commercials in his early 20s before he landed his first major role in the ABC show Love, American Style in 1972 – which went on to inspire the spinoff series, Happy Days. His character was the goofball who friends labeled a 'square', but was in fact a talented singer and musician – later playing in a band at the gang's classic spot: Arnold's Drive-In.
